Great book on leadership!

I don't usually look up to seeker-sensitive models of church/pastors, but this is a great book on leadership. If I can learn leadership principles from Jim Collins, then I can also learn leadership principles from Andy Stanley. Other topics on theology, doctrine of scripture, ecclesiology, not so much.
