As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve day-by-day, we would like to provide you with some additional updates with regard to

As of 11:59pm on March 24, 2020, the Provincial Government has put into effect a mandatory closure of all non-essential businesses, except for businesses exempt from this closure outlined by the government. Despite this mandate, the government is allowing that ecommerce companies can remain operational during this time.

As a result, is continuing to operate normally with the exception that our office staff is working strictly from home and that our local pickup option is not available at this time. Our fulfillment centre will also not be affected by this mandated closure, which allows to maintain its ability to process and fulfill orders as usual. Although, you may experience some shipping delays during this time as a result of decreased staffing and social distancing measures.

Lastly, our phone lines will continue to be temporarily suspended as our customer service team continues to work remotely due to COVID-19.
